We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, our return & exchange process is simple and customer-friendly.


1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unworn

  • Product must have all original tags intact

  • Product must be returned in the original condition

Returns/Exchanges will be denied if:

  • Product is used, washed, or worn

  • Tags are missing or removed

  • Product was damaged due to customer handling

 


3. REFUND PROCESS 

Refunds for  orders are processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI Transfer

Refunds take 5–7 working days after the product passes QC.


4. MODE OF REFUND

Depending on original payment:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded back to the original mode of payment

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank


5. REVERSE PICKUP

We provide reverse pickups from most locations.

Reverse pickup rules:

  • Courier partner will make 1–2 pickup attempts

  • If pickup fails, you may need to self-ship

  • Self-shipping charges are reimbursed up to ₹100 (with a valid courier bill)


6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the exchange size/product is unavailable:

  • Approved exchanges will be selivered within 7-10 days


7. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

In rare cases:

  • Record a video while unboxing

  • Share it within 48 hours of delivery

We will resolve the issue on priority.


8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
