At RangKalp, our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure smooth logistics and a worry-free shopping experience.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched same-day for orders placed before 12 PM (Monday–Saturday).

Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched the next working day.
During high-volume periods (festive sales, promotions, etc.), processing time may extend by 24 hours.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery speed depends on your pin code:
📍 Metro Cities
3–6 working days
📍 Non-Metro Cities & Towns
5–8 working days
📍 Remote / Rural Areas
May take 7–10 working days, subject to courier availability.
All timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, political restrictions, or other external factors.

Courier selection is done automatically based on your pincode for fastest delivery.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed on the checkout page before payment.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive:

Courier partner name

Expected delivery date
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If unreachable, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact us within 48 hours at:

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
